Our event and presentation management software gives you the tools needed for a successful and stress-free conference.


Speakers submit their presentations files ahead of time through with an easy drag and drop. After which the files are automatically checked by our software for common errors, and can be edited later, even at the event, from a speaker service centre.

Files are then downloaded locally to each hall, so that not even connectivity can get in the way of a smooth presentation.


Slidecrew also generates presentations PDFs to be displayed on interactive E posters at the event, so attendees can search and browse between speakers.


Browsing content after an event is easy. Recorded presentations, E posters and presentations files can be published to your website, or made available through our media library feature.


Our session venue apps keep everything running smoothly, with an easy to manage agenda and digital signage that updates live as any changes are made.


The kiosk app runs on a laptop or tablet and uses a simple, intuitive interface to help speakers manage their presentations and videos, stay on schedule with a timer and communicate with their moderator or technician in a non-disruptive way.
