Available for private hire, The Balcony distinguishes itself through its exclusive approach: only one event is organized at a time, guaranteeing an intimate and secure setting with meticulous attention to detail. Each project is rigorously managed to ensure a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience.
The venue comprises two modular spaces — a 550 m² ground floor and a 200 m² mezzanine — allowing it to accommodate various event formats. Depending on the chosen configuration, The Balcony can accommodate up to 500 seated guests and 1050 standing guests .
Equipped with a high-performance audio and lighting system, the venue offers an elegant, central and functional setting to welcome your guests in the best conditions, 7 days a week.
