Although the organization of a multilingual team building is not always easy, it went smoothly at Ecco La Luna. Our specific wishes were taken into account, there was smooth contact prior to the event and the activities themselves were experienced by our team members as amusing, varied and very accessible for every physical level. We know from the past that working with Ecco La Luna just works well. No standard package, but we respond personally to the needs of the customer. Adjusting activities is absolutely no problem. This time we opted for a 'Trip around the world' with our colleagues. On the day itself, it is still possible to switch gears to make it as pleasant as possible for everyone. Had good comments from colleagues afterwards. Again worth repeating!

Very pleasant conversations from the first contact. It is clear that ECCO La LUNA has a lot of experience with teambuilding. The wishes of the customer are listened to and a proposal is drawn up in close consultation. As the date gets closer, everything will be fine-tuned down to the last detail. The biggest difference with the other agencies that I wrote to was that I was able to experience a really personal approach at ECCO La LUNA. We were not a 'number'. Also on the day itself everything went very smoothly and as agreed. The colleagues were able to experience a great team building experience and it was more than successful in all respects.

Ook op de dag zelf liep alles bijzonder vlot en zoals afgesproken. De collega's hebben een fijne teambuilding mogen ervaren en het was in alle opzichten meer dan geslaagd.

We had fun teambuilding and received a lot of good feedback from our colleagues.
they let us discover the city of Deinze in a cool way and the game was very accessible to everyone.
Afterwards we were able to laugh with some photos and videos that the teams had to make during the assignments.

We did the rally with the kids with colleagues. Everything was super arranged. It was very nice that we all came together during the cool assignments on the way so that we could see each other again on the way. Great route along Land van Saeftinghe under the enthusiastic guidance of Robin.

Another great afternoon!

I don't know how many times we asked Ecco La Luna to organize a team building activity for us but it was another success! This time we wanted a creative activity and Ecco La Luna suggested sculpting from marl. Even though our request came very late, Ecco La Luna still provided a top location, a very good teacher and they took our wishes into account. Under the guidance of Jens we had a very nice afternoon, we let our creativity run free and as a team we made a nice work of art that will remain in our office as a permanent souvenir. As always, everything was professionally arranged by Ecco La Luna and communication was very smooth!

Ik weet niet de hoeveelste keer het was dat we Ecco La Luna vroegen een teambuildingsactiviteit te organiseren voor ons maar het was alweer een succes! Deze keer wouden we een creatieve activiteit en Ecco La Luna stelde beeldhouwen uit mergel voor. Ondanks dat ons verzoek erg laat kwam, zorgde Ecco La Luna toch nog voor een top locatie, een hele goede lesgever en hielden ze rekening met onze wensen. Onder begeleiding van Jens hadden we een erg leuke namiddag, lieten we onze creativiteit de vrije loop en maakten we als team een leuk kunstwerk dat als blijvend aandenken op ons kantoor staat. Zoals altijd was alles professioneel geregeld door Ecco La Luna en verliep de communicatie erg vlot!

Online Codebreaker - successful event

We organized in a few days, with the participation of Ecco La Luna, an online activity for 40 colleagues and the feedback was very positive.
The Online Codebreaker mixes reflection, fun and some photo and video challenges and it is certainly this mixture that has pleased the greatest number.

Very nice experience!

At the end of the year, we wanted to bring the team together around a common activity. The virtual game was a first for everyone and we loved it. It took a little time at the start to get to grips with the app (5 / 10min) but once started, you are quickly in the game, in the competition. We laughed a lot and that was the hoped-for goal. Els & amp; Hans were super responsive in setting up this event. Hans even took his time to do a little demo. Super friendly team, I recommend!

Nous avions envie en cette fin d'année de rassembler l'équipe autour d'une activité commune. Le jeu virtuel était une première pour tous et nous avons adoré. Il a fallu un peu de temps au début pour apprivoiser l'app (5/10min) mais une fois lancé, on est vite dans le jeu, dans la compétition. Nous avons beaucoup rigolé et c'était le but espéré. Els & Hans ont été super réactifs dans la mise en place de cet event. Hans a même pris de son temps pour faire une petite démo. Equipe super sympathique, je recommande!

The mole

A few weeks ago we were allowed to be pampered by the team of Ecco la luna. Full of expectations (ok, admittedly, some were even nervous) we started our fun team building day. The day was very well organized, we were divided into two groups to work together, or not and of course to expose the mole! Because the games were really varied and accessible, everyone on the team could participate and be completely absorbed in the game. The denouement on the boats was very nice and provided a nice ending on which a lot could be talked about.
It soon became clear, the general thickened was: It was a great day!
Thank you so much for the nice experience, it brought us a little closer together again in these bizarre times.
What I personally experienced as a big plus in our collaboration is the flexibility with which you work. We, as the organizing team, had some ideas and you integrated them nicely into your game. Super!

nlDe Mol
Enkele weken geleden mochten wij ons laten verwennen door het team van Ecco la luna. Vol verwachtingen ( ok, toegegeven, sommigen waren zelfs zenuwachtig) begonnen we aan onze leuke teambuildingsdag. De dag was heel goed georganiseerd, we werden in twee groepen opgedeeld om samen te werken, of juist niet én natuurlijk om de mol te ontmaskeren! Doordat de spelletjes echt gevarieerd en toegankelijk waren kon iedereen van het team deelnemen én helemaal opgaan in het spel. De ontknoping op de bootjes was heel leuk gedaan en zorgde voor een mooie afsluiter waarop veel kon nagepraat worden.
Het werd al gauw duidelijk, het algemene verdikt was: Het was een super dag!
Dank je wel voor de leuke ervaring, het bracht ons, in deze bizarre tijden, opnieuw een beetje dichter bij elkaar.
Wat ik zelf als groot pluspunt ervaren heb aan onze samenwerking, is de flexibiliteit waarmee jullie tewerk gaan. Wij, als organiserend team, hadden enkele ideeën en jullie hebben die mooi geïntegreerd in jullie spel. Super!

Our first team building was immediately a first challenge, given that we are an activity for men and women, young and old, Dutch and French-speaking and sporty and less sporty colleagues. The Mole of Ecco La Luna is a bull's eye. In the run-up to the new handball season, I did a teambuilding with Ecco La Luna together with my group of players. During fantastic creative assignments, the team was given the opportunity to interact with each other in an unusual way and to achieve a good result together. Onboarding activity for our consultants

We organised a drone-flying workshop with Ecco La Luna last week during our new joiners' onboarding and easy to say we were not disappointed. The two 'instructors' were professional and very friendly and all our participants really enjoyed the activity!
Would recommend to anyone who is interested in a fun group activity :)

A very fun and active team building

We were there with colleagues from HQ in Belgium and our branch in Russia, so it was certainly important that team building is just as fun for the Belgian as the Russian colleagues. Spy School city game in Bruges was therefore an ideal solution, with fun creative assignments where you could follow everything online (where you face the other teams and where the other teams are). Definitely recommended!
